Our Tournaments are sure to be a hit with Teams and Parents who can spend a fun and relaxing time in the Berkshires this summer.  All tournaments are held on-site at the Dan Duquette Sports Academy with some games also taking place at historic Wahconah Park in Pittsfield and select other fields.  Our tournaments offer a unique experience for teams to come and stay on-site with their teammates at a beautiful lakefront sports facility.

The 2012 Schedule begins May 11th and runs thru Labor Day weekend, including 16 weekends of Tournament fun.  Ages 10U thru 19U are included on 3 different size fields.  New May and June Weekends have been added for 2012 plus the addition of Age 9U and Age 18U Tournaments.

The Premier Sports Facility in the Northeast!

• A 4 field lakefront facility in the Western Mass Berkshires which was designed after Red Sox Spring Training Facility.

• Centrally located in the Northeast and within an easy drive from all New England States, New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Ontario and Quebec.  Only 2.5 hours from Boston and New York.

• All inclusive packages include housing, meals, games, activities and lakefront fun.

• Onsite Housing for Teams, Coaches and Players in cabins which sleep up to 18 people.  Separate housing for parents, families and guests in local hotels.  Teams are required to stay onsite and bring a minimum of 12 players and 2 coaches.

• Competitive Teams from across the Northeast - Over 650 Teams from 14 States & Provinces have participated in our tournaments.

• Cafeteria, Concession, Retail Store, and Major League Clubhouse on site.  Major League Clubhouse includes: Meeting / TV Room, Game Room and Locker Room.

• Lake-front property with water access: swimming, boating, lifeguard on staff.

• Tournaments for all Ages 9U thru 19U.  We use 3 field sizes: 90 foot bases, 50/70 mid-size field, and 60 foot bases.   Adult Tournament again planned for Labor Day Weekend 2012.

• Four professional fields manicured by grounds crew.

• Bonding experience for all participants: Great Baseball, Lakefront campfires, wiffle ball, and basketball games on lighted courts.

• Four game minimum with a potential fifth championship game.

• Awards given to 1st and 2nd place teams.

• 2 Night Weekend Tournaments - Friday thru Sunday with 4 games.
  
  • Team Fee $725 plus $149 per person for 2 nights lodging & 6 meals.
  • All 12U, 11U, 10U and 9U games will be on-site at the Sports Academy.  For some of our 13U - 19U Tournaments (90 Ft Diamond) games may be played at the Sports Academy and also several local fields including: Pinegrove Park, Wahconah Park and Deming Field.  Most parks are 10 - 15 minutes away.

• Memorial Day Weekend  - 3 Night Weekend Tournament - Friday thru Monday.
  • Team Fee $850 plus $199 per person for 3 nights lodging & 9 meals.
  • Teams play 5 and maybe a 6th game over the 4 day holiday weekend.
  • This is our biggest tournament of the year with 20 plus teams and three age groups.  We played 55 games during this tournament last year.  Some 14U games will be played at Pinegrove Park in Dalton, MA.  Some teams will also be housed across Plunkett Lake at Camp Romaca based on date of team enrollment and submisson of required paperwork.

• Labor Day Classic Adult Wood Bat Tournament - Friday thru Monday..
• • Team Fee $850 plus $199 per person for 3 nights lodging & 9 meals.
  • Teams play 5 games and possibly a 6th over the 4 day holiday weekend.

2012 Tournament Schedules

Tournament schedules will be completed after all participant fees and paperwork have been received.  These items are due in our office at least 1 month before your tournament start date.  We will make our best effort to email and post schedules 2 weeks in advance.

Memorial Day Weekend - All teams will be scheduled to play 5 games and possibly a 6th game.  Teams are required to arrive on Friday night but not all teams will play on Friday.  All other 1st games will be scheduled for early Saturday morning.  All teams will play on Monday and the championship games will take place on Monday afternoon.

May thru Mid-June Weekends - All teams will be scheduled to play 4 games and possibly a 5th game.  Teams are required to arrive on Friday night but not all teams will play on Friday.  All other 1st games will be scheduled for early Saturday morning.  All teams will play on Sunday and the championship games will take place on Sunday afternoon.

Summer Weekends - All teams will be scheduled to play 4 games and possibly a 5th game.  One game on Friday, Two games on Saturday, At least One game on Sunday.  Championship games will be played on Sunday afternoons.  All teams need to be prepared to play as early as 2PM on Friday.  Schedules will take into account travel distance but also preferences for early registrations.

Most, if not all Tournaments will Sell Out in Advance. Confirmed reservations can be made by paying the 2012 Team Fee. Overnight Fees are due one month in advance of each Tournament.

Tournament Admission required: Adult Tournament Pass required for all patrons coming to watch the tournament who have not paid to stay on-site for the weekend, Kids are Free.

3 Day / 2 Night Tournaments:  $6.00 / day or purchase a pass online for $12.00 / Weekend.

4 Day / 2 Night Tournaments:  $6.00 / day or purchase a pass online for $12.00 / Weekend.
