The Sports Academy is happy to be partnering
with our outstanding staff. This organization
is a leader in sports strength & conditioning, having
worked with organizations at the High School, College,
and Professional ranks.
The program is designed to help the student
athlete play a sport at the next level of competition and
improve fitness. Both boys and girls are welcome. Attendees
must be a minimum of 13 years old at the time of the event.
The program content is constructed to
address:
- Power, explosiveness, and acceleration
- Body awareness and balance
- Proper training techniques
- Running, speed and biomechanics
- Jumping, plyometrics, and total body power
- Warm up and cool down
Our staff will also work with individuals on specific skill
development for their sport of choice.
